Al’s Lounge, to include his other enterprises, such as Top Shelf lounge and Ground Zero event center make a very bold statement respect to hospitality. Il remind you that Al himself will be the first to acknowledge that these remarkable enterprises are not about him alone. He has a remarkable staff and business partners, together they make up a team that is second to none. It is often said that these enterprises of hospitality, can compete with any other of their kind. Each respectively is so immaculate and clean that I would be the first to say that you can literally eat off the floor. In addition, the washrooms are immaculately clean, not to mention the overall facility at large. The service staff has a remarkable hospitality, standing ready to serve your every need. Furthermore, as world traveler, and having visited some of the most remarkable venues worldwide I can state without a doubt that if you would place Al’s Enterprises on the Las Vegas strip they would stand their ground without question.
I would be remised not to point out that often-times people, particularly blacks, cast some doubt on the quality of hospitality, of venues that are owned and operated by black entrepreneurs. Contrary to this false premise I am proud to say that Al and his team are the epitome challenging such false notions. Ill remind you that quality service is not about being black or white, it is about the quality of the individual who is engaging in the service. Allow me to point out that based on my interview with Al, he is not some MBA (Master of Business Administration), from some prestigious university. I’m making a point here and it is that one does not have to have these prestigious credentials in formal business education to properly represent what business is all about. Thus, enough said.
